Shipping policy

PROCESSING POLICYOur processing time is 2-5 business days. We operate Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST. (Holidays are excluded) Please take this into consideration when purchasing.

CARRIERS We use USPS and UPS for shipping. Larger orders typically ship UPS. 

STATES WE DO NOT SHIP TO: Idaho & California

ORDER TRACKING Once you place an order, you will receive shipping updates via email from the carrier and/or shop/shopify. 

SHIPPING/HANDLING RATES Rates are dependent on order size. 

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING We thoroughly inspect all our shipments before mailing and take extra precautions to secure the product. We do understand that during transit packages are subject to damage.  Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours of arrival. In the event the package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide information of the damage so we can view your coverage options and create a plan. Notify us as soon as possible if it appears the packaging has been tampered with and make sure to take several photos for our claims process. 

REFUNDS & RETURNS: Due to the nature of our products, all hemp flower and other perishable items are final sale and cannot be returned. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, freshness, and quality of our products for all customers. Once these items leave our facility, we can no longer guarantee that they have been stored properly or remain uncompromised. We appreciate your understanding and support of our commitment to delivering clean, high-quality products.

Stoney upholds the highest standard of quality for all of our products. Every effort is made to ensure your order is manufactured and shipped in optimal condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us right away. 

CANCELLATION POLICYWe are unable to change an order once it has been paid. If you need your order changed or canceled prior to payment, please contact our sales director, Lance.

All Terms of sale, use, and conditions will be governed pursuant to the laws of ILLINOIS, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of the conflicts of law.  The purchaser consents upon purchase that personal jurisdiction will be governed by the State of Illinois if any dispute between the purchaser and the company should arise at any given time. Both parties agree that any disputes arising out of these terms of sale or return policy shall be handled in the state and or federal courts in Illinois.
